Background: Peter Bruce Lyons (1943-2021) was a larger-than-life contributor to many aspects of the nuclear energy landscape. His career touched Los Alamos National Laboratory, the US Senate staff, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, and the American Nuclear Society. Representatives of those various phases of Pete's technical life were brought together virtually to offer a professional tribute to his many technical contributions and accomplishments.
