The year is 2027. A 19-year-old science polymath, Amy Austin, takes on environmentalist and Academy Award-winning actor Josh Manning in a debate over the fate of a nuclear plant in rural Michigan. But all is not as it seems. Amy is building a new nuclear reactor. The technology is 30 years ahead - Small - Light - Safe - Powerful - and Affordable. The world energy market is controlled by some of the most powerful people on Earth, who start making moves ahead of the disruption they know Amy's reactor will cause.
